Provide Signage on an as Needed Basis. Signs Are to Be Manufactured From 3105-h18 Alloy Aluminum With a Thickness of .080 Gauge. All Aluminum Blanks Are to Be Manufactured Per U.s. Bureau of Public Roads Standards. Blanks Shall Have 3/8" Holes for Mounting and Radius Corners in Accordance With the Manual of Standard Highway Signs. Blanks Are to Be Chemically Treated to Meet Atsm B449 Specifications, a Pretreatment for Paint or Reflective Sheeting. Finished Signs Shall Have a Retroreflective Background. Retroreflective Sheeting Shall Be a Non-metalized Micro Prismatic Lens Designed for Production of Reflective Durable Delineators or Signage That Are Exposed Vertically in Service. Prismatic Sheeting Shall Provide Long-term Reflectivity and Durability With an Improved Optical Package to Increase Nighttime Safety and Identification. Sheeting Shall Meet Both Atsm D4956-09 Type 3, Type 4, Atsm D4956-07 Type X or Atsm D4956 Type 1 Specification. Reflective Sheeting Type Will Be Specified at Time of Requested Quote. - Signs to Be Ordered Including but Not Limited to These Requirements. - Signs, Letters, Stickers, and Numbers Must Be Package Individually Upon Request. - Awarded Vendor Must Be a Certified 3m Sign Fabricator. This purchase order will be for a period of three (3) years, beginning March 1, 2024, and ending February 28, 2027. This purchase order may be renewed for up to an additional two (2) years upon mutual agreement.
