Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting and addition to a mixed-use development in Dunlap, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the addition of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Dunlap Community Unit School District 323 is inviting sealed bid proposals from interested and qualified parties for Dunlap High School Parking Lot Addition. This project consists of an addition to an existing parking lot at Dunlap High School, including new pavement and site lighting. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders during the bidding process. Successful bidders shall be required to observe the fair employment practices commission rules pertaining to equal employment opportunity and comply with the Illinois prevailing wage act, 820 il cs 130/1 et seq. and use wage determination as determined by the Illinois department of labor, conciliation, and mediation division. These wages will remain in effect until superseded by a new determination.
