Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in High Point, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of February 29th, 2024 this project is set to be rebid at some point in the near future by the owner. Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the City of High Point annual street resurfacing project. The location of the streets varies within the City of High Point. This project will consist of various pay items which includes traffic control, bituminous surface treatment, asphalt overlay, asphalt milling, asphalt patching, thermoplastic and painted pavement markings, asphalt pavement sealer, inductive traffic signal loops, concrete curb/gutter repairs, and adjustment of manholes and water valve boxes.
