Sealed proposals will be received read for the following: Aluminum Sludge Dewatering- Ward WTP The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, as may in the judgment of the Council of the City of High Point, serve its best interest and to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted. No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Days to Complete the Work. The Contractor shall have 120 calendar days from the Contractors receipt from the Architect/Engineer or the City of a written Notice to Proceed to achieve final completion of the Work.
