Renovation of a water / sewer project in Corona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of April 19, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. Project is awarded on April 22, 2024 The work to be performed hereunder shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and appurtenances, unless herein specifically excepted, necessary for the complete and satisfactory construction of the Regional Recycled Water Pump Station, including demolition of existing UV and sand filters, and construction of two pump banks with hydropneumatics tank, surge tank, electrical service, masonry block building housing electrical switchgear, emergency standby generator, and associated piping, valves, fittings, electrical, instrumentation, and site work, all in accordance with Special Requirements, Basic and Technical Specifications, and Drawings, and as set forth in the Bid Item Schedule herein. Full compensation for compliance with all provisions outlined within these specifications and shown on the Contract Drawings shall be considered as included in the applicable bid prices for various items, and no other compensation shall be made, therefore. Contractor shall provide Owner with correctly functioning recycled water pump station free of defects and deficiencies. The Contract work site is at the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WRCRWA Plant) site, 14634 River Road, Eastvale, California 92880 (refer to the Location Map herein and on Construction Drawing G-1). Questions from prospective bidders affecting interpretation or corrections related to the Plans and Specifications shall be in written form and shall be sent no later than 10:00 a.m. on February 12, 2024 Sealed bids for the District's Regional Recycled Water Pump Station Project. The project consists of furnishing, installing, testing, and making operational the 8,000-gpm capacity Regional Recycled Water Pump Station, as well as all other work and materials required per the Drawings and Specifications. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. The District has determined that a Class A (General Engineering Contractor) license is necessary to bid on this project. If the bidder is a specialty contractor, the bidder is alerted to the requirements of Business and Professions Code Section 7059. The Contractors are required to carefully review and adhere to the exhibits outlining the District's requirements concerning grant funding and labor compliance. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to check the website daily through the close of bids for any applicable addenda or updates and to furnish the District with current prospective bidder contact information for distribution of any and all addenda or updates.
