These chemicals are used for the cleaning of the membrane and ultraviolet light disinfection systems at the City's Tertiary Treatment Plant. The City of Modesto, Utilities Department Wastewater Division, is seeking a qualified Contractor for the delivery of wastewater treatment chemicals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a Bid. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid for a period of 90 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
