The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to providing replacement and modifying HVAC, DDC, electrical, fire sprinkler, and ceiling systems as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications. To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license B.
