The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, renovation of Classroom 103. The work includes selective demolition, carpentry, sealants, doors and windows, gypsum boards, hardware, acoustic ceilings, resilient flooring, glazing, painting, roller shades, signage, hazardous materials abatement, HVAC, lighting, transfer of existing building BACnet system to existing school DDC system, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarms, as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications. the project involves but is not limited to: 1. provide new interior partitions 2. ceiling modifications 3. provide new exterior wall window 4. modify electrical work (fixtures, equipment, hardware) 5. modify air conditioning 6. provide new fire protection equipment Question Deadline 02/20/2024 at 4:00 PM HT The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is on.
