The Hawaii State Hospital (HSH) is seeking services for the removal of bio-hazardous waste. Contractor must have a facility that has a current Solid Waste Permit Issued by the Hawaii State Department of Health. Contractor shall provide Regulated Medical Waste Disposal services to include pickup, transport, and treatment on Oahu. Biohazardous waste services will be needed at three (3) locations at the HSH facility. A total of six (6) ninety-five (95) gallon containers serviced every Wednesday. A walk through of the area will not be conducted. The act of submitting a bid is to be considered as full acknowledgment that the bidder is familiar with the conditions and requirements. Only bidders who upload completed Bid Form are eligible for award. When in the interest of the State, HSH may terminate the contract at any time and for convenience by providing eight (8) weeks prior written notice to the Contractor.
