Renovation of a golf course in Douglasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

As of April 10, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project includes but is not limited to the following Design Services Designs will be provided and overseen by Bill Bergin of Bergin Golf Designs and are attached to this packet. All work must be approved by Bill Bergin and City staff. Reference Number 0000340283 The City of Douglasville is undertaking a renovation to the Driving Range at West Pines Golf Club. The driving range will be redesigned and re-grassed in its entirety. A new range tee will be constructed as well as new targets in the fairway portion of the driving range. All irrigation heads on the tee and fairway will be replaced with materials provided by West Pines. For this bid, only irrigation labor should be included.
