The site may be accessed from a parking area located on Cemetery Road in Riceville, PA (41.769361, -79.7993327). From the intersection with PA Route 8, take PA 77 West for approximately 0.7 miles into the town of Riceville. Turn Left onto Cemetary Road, just before the Riceville United Methodist Church. Continue 0.7 miles to a large parking area. DO NOT cross the concrete bridge on Cemetery Road, it is 100 yards past the parking area, and is in an unstable condition. Proceed approximately 300 yards West to the project site at 41.77007,- 79.7957 Question Deadline: 02/19/2024 at 3:00 PM ET, Answers to Questions Received in Writing After the Pre-bid Meeting Will Be Emailed to All Bidders .
