East Street to Evans Street Waterline Improvements The Project includes the following Work: Replacement and improvements for waterlines from East Street to Evans St. Bids are requested for the following Contract: East Street to Evans Street Waterline Improvement A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of The Village of Bradner in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond After the award of the contract let by competitive bid and prior to the time the contract is entered into, bidders shall submit the affidavit required under the Ohio Revised Code, Section 5719.042 that the bidder was not charged with any delinquent personal property taxes in Wood County, Ohio. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $421,885.00 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda, mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect The Village of Bradner reserves the right pursuant to ORC.9.312 to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material irregularity in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder The Engineer for the Project is Kleinfelder, Inc., 1168 North Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402.
