Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodland, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation of approximately 4,610 feet of water distribution main, 93 water service laterals and 10 fire hydrants. Spot repair or replacement of 25 feet of sewer main and 47 sewer service laterals. Separate installation of 7 sewer cleanouts and bench repair in 3 manholes, as well as in-place replacement of 1 sewer manhole. Also included is the abandonment of the existing water system and abandonment of one redundant sewer main The City's estimated cost of the improvements is $3,300,000.
