For the roof repair and coating of City Hall Building in Branson, Missouri. The work to be performed under the provisions of this contract consists of providing Labor, Materials, and Equipment necessary to restore the existing hail damaged roof coating system over the City of Branson's City Hall Building with a total area of approximately 27,000 square feet. Contractor will perform their own due diligence to determine quantities and extent of actual work to be performed. Contractor shall provide a narrative description along with their bid explaining the work they recommend in order to provide a 15-year warranty once work is completed. Bids will be received on a lump sum and unit price basis. Electronic bid bonds may be uploaded with the bid submission or submitted by using partners, Surety 2000 or Surety Wave. Cashier's check or certified check shall be submitted to address below and must be received prior to the bid opening date. Bidders are informed that pursuant to Section 285.530, RSMo, as a condition of the award of any contract in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), the successful bidder shall, by sworn affidavit and provision of documentation, affirm its enrollment and participation in a federal work 4 Advertisement for Bids authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection to the contracted services. Successful bidders shall also sign an affidavit affirming that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien in connection to the contracted services. Contract time will be specified in the Bid Form. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of 90 days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.
