Provide Labor, Materials, and Equipment necessary to restore the existing damaged and leaking roof system over the City of Branson's Fire Station #3 with a total area of approximately 6,000 square feet, and repair or replace the leaking integrated guttering. Contractor will perform their own due diligence to determine quantities and extent of actual work to be performed. Contractor shall provide a narrative description along with their bid explaining the work they recommend in order to provide a 15-year warranty once work is completed.
