The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the awarding authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide professional Lawn Care Services in accordance with the contract documents. The work includes the utilization of a fully supervised professional workforce to provide scheduled lawn care maintenance. These services consist of one professional lawn care company providing Lawn Care Services at numerous State aided (DHCD) and Federally funded (HUD) public housing developments owned and operated by the NBHA in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The term of the contract is three (3) years. It is anticipated that the term shall extend from: March 2024 to March 2027. Available beginning January 22, 2024 The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so. The NBHA will reject any and all bids when required to do so by the above referenced General Laws. In addition, the NBHA reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all bids or to reject any or all bids (in whole or in part) if it be in the public interest to do so.
