Pleasant Street City Office Renovations - HVAC. - Work of the Project includes provision and installation of new Work as indicated on the Drawings, including but not limited to, excavation and backfilling, new concrete foundation, pre-manufactured metal building, complete with metal siding, metal roofing, overhead and personnel doors, and all excavation and backfilling related and required by completion of new Work. The City of New Bedford Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Department of Facilities & Fleet Management is soliciting sealed bids for the Pleasant St. City Office Renovations HVAC located at 572 Pleasant Street, New Bedford, MA 02740 Agency Name and Address : New Bedford, City of Purchasing Department 133 William St., Room 208 New Bedford, MA 02740 Contractor Qualification : DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. MBE: 11 % of the Contract Price. WBE: 5 % of the Contract Price. DBE: 4% of the Contract Price. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received in writing by the City of New Bedford via the City's bidding platform at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/newbedford no later than Monday, February 12, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. EST. Project Start - Estimated March 15, 2024 Completion Date - Estimated September 15, 2024
