Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 22,194-square-foot educational facility.
The Project consists of the construction of a new football facility building that will include a football locker room, a team meeting room, a training suite with hydrotherapy pools, offices, small meeting rooms and a balcony feature along with various support spaces. All contractors bidding as the prime bidder on this project must be pre-qualified with Office of Facilities and Property Management to bid this project.
