Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work is generally described as follows: replacing the exterior escalator and two (2) of the elevators in the garage at Cruise Terminal 8 (CT8). The replacement of the equipment will require structural, electrical, and mechanical improvements. Replacement of the expansion joints in the garage building is also included in this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal that best serves the Owner.
