Per the owner, this project has been canceled due to budget constraints. The City of Marshall is seeking proposals from firms qualified and experienced in designing, implementing and supporting physical access control systems. This will replace the existing Lenel access control system in the MRLEC (Marshall Regional Law Enforcement Center) Building and the Digital Management System (System Link) in the Public Services Building and City Hall, while also adding an access control system in the Power House Building. It would also replace the Digital Management System (System Link) at the Marshall City Hall and Public Services Building (PSB), along with installing a new system for the Marshall Powerhouse Building. The City of Marshall is also seeking integration to use one uniform system for access control citywide. The MRLEC has a Lenel control system that was installed in 2015. Marshall City Hall and Marshall PSB utilizes a Digital Management System (System Link) what was installed 10-20 years ago. All City locations are connected via fiber optic cable network. The application, server and database will also need to be updated/replaced.
