Calhoun County/Jackson County is seeking proposals for sodium chloride for use by the Road Department for ice control on County roads for the winter season of 2024 & 2025. Proposals are requested for delivery of salt to Road Department locations for on-site storage and an alternate proposal is requested to supply salt to be picked up by the Road Department from the awarded supplier. The length of the proposed contract will be for a one-year term, commencing upon award. Proposal prices shall remain firm during the term of this agreement.
