Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wilton, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Approximately 1,400 linear feet of 10 feet wide trail constructed on the southside of E Division Street between Maurer Street and Cypress Street. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security, as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code in an amount equal to 5 percent of the total amount of the bid. Work on the improvement shall commence within 10 days of the date specified on the Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed shall be no later than 10 calendars days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, work shall be substantially complete on or before 40 Working Days. Damages in the amount of $500 per day will be assessed for each day the work remains incomplete. Public Hearing on Proposed Contract Documents and Estimated Costs for Improvement. A public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Wilton on the proposed contract documents (plans, specifications and form of contract) and estimated cost for the improvement at its meeting at 6:00 PM on February 12, 2024 in the City Hall, 104 E. 4th Street, Wilton, Iowa 52778. The City of Wilton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
