The quantity is not guaranteed, these are estimates based on historic usage. The actual quantity may vary, and the Vendor shall only be paid for actual products accepted by METROLINX. 1 the Vendor Shall Be Responsible for the Delivery of All Goods Supplied. 2 the Vendor Will Deliver All Goods of the Type and Quantity Ordered on an as-is or When Required Basis, to the Location Specified Within Five (5) Calendar Days of Being Notified, in Writing, of the Requirements. 3 There Shall Be No Minimum Order Restrictions. 4 Deliveries Will Be Made to the Following Metrolinx Locations: (a) Steeprock Bus Maintenance Facility Stores - Shipping and Receiving 200 Steeprock Drive, Downsview, Ontario M3j 2t4 Attn: Steve Yong (B) Streetsville Bus Maintenance Facility Stores - Shipping and Receiving 6190 Mississauga Road, Streetsville, Ontario L5n 1a7 Attn: Max Budiman (C) Oshawa Bus Maintenance Facility Stores - Shipping and Receiving 1002 Thornton Road South, Oshawa, Ontario L1j 7e2 Attn: Steve Yong 5 Metrolinx Reserves the Right to Add, Remove or Change Delivery Locations Without Any Impact to Other Contract Terms. 6 Regular Deliveries Must Be Made Between the Hours of 8:00 a.m. And 3:00 P.m., Monday to Friday, (Statutory Holidays Excluded). 7 Extraordinary Deliveries May Be Allowed by Metrolinx With Prior Coordination. 8 if for Any Reason the Vendor is Unable to Supply and Deliver the Goods as Per Metrolinx Request, the Vendor Shall Notify Metrolinx Designated Representative Immediately in Writing and Make Alternate Arrangements That Are Suitable to Meet Metrolinx Requirements. 9 Delivery Shall Be Accompanied With the Corresponding Shipping Documents Clearly Identifying the Content of Each Package and Must Be Signed Off by a Metrolinx Employee at the Time of Delivery. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
