As of February 20, 2024, this project was awarded to the following: - Omni Commercial - Rising Sun Awarded amount is not available. Morehead State University is accepting bids to establish multiple price contracts for general repairs, renovation and construction work on facilities utilized by Morehead State University. The contractor shall be capable of providing qualified and skilled tradesmen as may be required by individual jobs. All jobs are to include, but are not limited to the Contractor acquiring any necessary permits, inspections, and performance bonds where required. Payment and Performance bonds will be required on jobs exceeding $100,000.
