Morehead State University is seeking bids for the purchase of and installation of stationary floor mounted indoor seating with attached side desks (118 units), 3' x 8' conference tables (2 units) and office chairs (12 units). This furniture is for 2 locations. The first location will be the Len Miller Room located in the Academic Athletic Center, 111 Playforth Place. The installed furniture for the Len Miller Rooms will consist of a total of 3 rows (1 row along 3 of the walls, each row consisting of 6 seats) of Theatre Style floor mounted seating with attached side desks, two branded conference tables that each seat 6, and a total of 12 office chairs. Both the tables and chairs must be mobile. Please see attached drawings for dimensions of the location he second location consists of one room located in the Eagle Center, 201 Playforth Place. This room will consist of branded, floor mounted, stationary theatre style seating with side desks (minimum of 100 seats). Please see attached drawings for dimensions of the location. All seating (office and stationary) should have a 4-inch Eagle's Head Logo Embroidered on the front facing back of each chair. Please see attached Eagle Head Logo for details. Each conference table should have a full color word mark in the center. The size of the word mark will depend on the dimensions of each table. But both should be large and centered.
