Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Bids submitted after the specified date and time shall not be considered. The Project generally consists of minor site grading, construction of concrete sidewalks, transport of Owner-provided site furnishings from Owner's yard to the site, installation of site furnishings provided by the Owner, installation of new conduit and pull rope for future lighting, design-build installation of an irrigation system, minor stormwater improvements, and procuring plant materials, oversight of plant installation by Owner-provided volunteers, maintenance, and warranties of plant materials using Contractor-forces, and all labor, Equipment, Materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified. The project also includes three bid alternatives. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Planholders so they will receive automatic notice of addenda and other contract document updates via online. This contract is for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (state prevailing wages) as applicable. Est.
