Remodeling of a municipal facility in Benton, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 20,289-square-foot municipal facility.
THE CITY OF BENTON invites all qualified general contractors to submit qualifications for the position of Construction Manager to remodel an existing building for use as Benton's new City Hall, located at 410 River Street in Benton, Arkansas. The project shall remodel the exterior and the first & second floors (20,289 SF total) of the old Westside Junior High School, located at 410 River Street. Upon completion, the building shall accommodate the relocation of the existing city offices from the existing Benton City Hall, located at 114 South East Street. We are seeking a company who is thoroughly familiar with this size of project, this type of construction, and with a proven track record demonstrating delivery of similar scopes on schedule and within budget. The construction budget for this project is $2.2 million.
