Scope of Services: The City of Benton is seeking a contractor to install perimeter fencing around the property known as Sunset Lake Park located at 2100 Henry St. Benton, AR, 72015 - Install 885' of 6' 8 gage chain link fencing, black vinyl coated. - End & corner posts to be 8' x 2 1/2" schedule 20. - End & corner posts to be 24" deep & 8" diameter all post in concrete. - End & corner posts to be braced and trussed. - Line posts to be 8' x 2" schedule 20. - Line posts to be 24" deep and 6" diameter all post in concrete. - Top rail to be 1 5/8" x 21' schedule 20. - Install 1, 6' x 12' Double Gate. - Gate is at least 1 5/8" x 20 weight frame with industrial double strong-arm latch. - Fence ties to be placed no more than 22" between each tie. - Contractor is responsible to repair any damage to water, sewer, gas, or electrical line during install. This Request for Proposal is issued by the City of Benton to identify properly licensed and insured individuals and/or businesses qualified to replace the Sunset Park Fence.
