The Village of Addison is seeking proposals for the turn key provision and installation of Traffic Signal UPS battery backup systems at two (2) intersections maintained by Addison. The intent of which is that when power is interrupted, the traffic signals shall automatically switch to battery power and continue operating for another 8 to 10 hours. This is an Illinois Prevailing Wage Project. All RFPs must be submitted with the forms provided and include all signatures and information identified in the RFP specifications. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure their submission satisfy the requirements identified in the RFP Documents. The self- addressed label provided with the RFP Documents must be affixed to the outside of the envelope if mailing or dropping off. If there are any errors or inconsistencies found in the RFP Documents, submitters must notify the Village of Addison of those errors or inconsistencies before the due date listed above. The Village of Addison reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and or reject part(s) of any or all RFPs which it deems advantageous.
