The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to replace or upgrade existing door access control and camera systems in Woodland Hills School District buildings. SPECIFICATIONS The district needs either a replacement or upgrade of the Unified Door Access and Camera system. Features: Door access triggers camera to record Door and camera notifications Must utilize existing wiring or provide wiring costs if replacement wiring is required Current wiring: Door contacts utilize 2-wire connections Cameras are connected via cat6 Facial recognition and tracking Wide Dynamic Range lighting correction 4k night vision cameras outside 1080p or 2k cameras on doors and vestibules The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in any proposal, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
