The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner", on behalf the Board of Regents ("Using Agency" or ''BOR''), is seeking firms interested in providing building commissioning services for a project known as Project No. J-406 Nursing and Health Science Addition, College of Coastal Georgia, Brunswick, Georgia. RFQ No. J-406-Cx The project's main scope is focused on an approximately 22,000 GSF addition to the Nunnally Health and Science building, which will include purpose-built specialized simulation and instructional labs and faculty offices. Targeted interior renovation will repurpose selected spaces within the existing building for optimal space function and allocation. Project Delivery Method: The delivery method for this Project will be construction manager at-risk (CM/GC), and, at a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional and a Commissioning Agent, in addition to the services of a CM/GC. February 7, 2024 2:00 PM Deadline for written questions The Owner reserves the right to adjust the schedule as the Owner deems necessary. Project Budget The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $11,500,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
