Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Provide the distribution of sanitary forcemain services throughout Gregoire Lake Provincial Park with connection to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo’s (RMWB) manhole located in Gregoire Lake Estates. .2 Provide new cisterns, sceptic tanks and pumps to upgrade existing infrastructure and provide the connection to the new sanitary systems. .3 Provide electrical upgrades to upgrade existing infrastructure and provide the connection to the existing electrical system. .4 Alignment with Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo's (RMWB's) and Alberta Forestry and Park (AFP) Servicing Agreement. Gregoire Lake Provincial Park, Township 86, Ranges 07-08, West of the 4th Meridian Physical Limits: Work of the Contract is not necessarily restricted to work within property lines of site, but includes all Work required by Contract Documents, both within and outside property lines.
