DESCRIPTION OF WORK Name: Pond Project Location: Village Pond by Maintenance Area (W. Attica on South side of street) Proposed Improvement: 1. Clear banks & pond of fallen trees and debris. 2. Shape banks of pond with slope and protect with rip rap or adequate broken concrete. 3. Fill in north end of pond in area of original debris. 4. Thin out wooded area of trees and brush, clear trail, and place gravel for golf cart access. 5. Cut path around pond area for walkway. 6. Establish parking area on north end of pond. Cut and place base of millings or rock. 7. Include prevailing wage. 8. Must be completed in 3 months. MATERIALS: Walkways - 200 tons of 2" stone or 200 tons of oversized reclaimed concrete. with road cloth. Parking - 200 tons of road pack with road cloth. Banks - 220 tons rip rap. Pond Path - 200 tons of 2" stone or 200 tons of oversized reclaimed concrete.
