Weld County's requested start and full completion dates of the project are as specified; Start: March 1, 2024 Completion: April 15, 2024. Weld County is requesting the cabling at the Weld County Facilities building. The project includes a total of 68 category 6 cables (Color BLUE). 63 cables will be in the Facilities building from a data closet to the specific locations in the same building. 5 cables will be in the Fleet building from a data closet to the specific locations in the same building. Note: The Faciliteis building is a single floor building. All associated patch panels and pathways are to be verified and provided by the contractor. No additional racks are required. Additonal patch panels and all other data closet equipment as specified is required to be installed. Patch cables (Color GREEN) at the specified amount in the details section are required prior to signoff. Specific details will be provided during the mandatory walk-through. The project is considered an all-inclusive cabling turnkey solution. Building electrical diagrams will be provided at the mandatory walk-through. 2 additional 6 vertical cable management units are being requested, but not to be installed. Contractors are to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the copper, fiber, data closet and all other components of the installation project. The project is to include the installation of specified cabling per the identified materials in the specification sheet. The installation will use industry standards in addition to requirements listed in this bid. Access into county facilities will be granted via escort and facility sign in will be required. All cabling test results, and as-built engineering documents are to be provided in both physical hard copy and electronically 30 days from project completion. There shall be a warranty for all materials and labor for a period of not less than one full year after the work has been accepted by the County. This in no way limits or reduces the warranty offered by any manufacturer of material or equipment used in maintenance or repairs.
