Site work for a water / sewer project in Durango, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required service to submit bids for improvements that generally consists of furnishing and installing a factory-built flow control and metering vault, removing existing raw water pipelines and appurtenances, replacing a 14-inch butterfly valve, installing new pipelines with 3 connections to the metering vault, extending and installing fiber optic and electrical service conduits, installing an electrical panel array, and restoring existing surface conditions. The Florida Pipeline can only be shutdown for a maximum of 3 days during the fall demand season, generally defined as beginning October 1st. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City of Durango.
