CR Number: 2105895 The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 22:02, titled Data Room Air Conditioning Renovations - Haggerty Administration Building & Minnewaska Hall and carry out all duties and obligations imposed upon the contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Provide and install new redundant AC unit at Minnewaska Hall; work includes new equipment and supporting accessory equipment, including electrical support and controls work for new unit. Replace existing failed AC units in Haggerty Administration Building Rooms 10 & 12 with new AC units; work to include all removals, new equipment installation, ductwork, electrical support, ceiling tile and lighting replacements, controls, and exterior pads for condensing units. Contractor shall provide HEPA air scrubber, tools equipped with HEPA dust collectors, or cover/tent, to the satisfaction of the Campus, the existing equipment remaining in place during removals and new installations. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 170 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
