RFP Contractor - Replace Mechanical Systems - Haggerty Administrative Building The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Mechanical Systems - Haggerty Administrative Building project at the State University of New York at New Paltz. This project is a partial mechanical renovation in the Haggerty Administration and Student Union buildings. The project will replace an existing 600-ton chiller, two air handling units, temperature controls, and ductwork. Minor interior demolition will be required. Asbestos abatement will be required. The project will provide a new water to water heat pump system, two air handling units with automatic temperature controls, and new ductwork as required. A new fire protection sprinkler system will be provided in the scope of work areas. The construction value is estimated at approximately $5,119,000.
