Renovation of a laboratory facility in Menard, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Fence Replacement Any/all questions should be addressed in writing to Lindsay Weber via the Q&A Board for this Invitation to Bid or email at lrweber@ag.tamu.edu. When deemed appropriate by the Agency, questions will be answered by bid addendum. SCOPE OF WORK ITEM #1 Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for: Removal and replacement of approximately 11,200 ft. of 48"h mesh wire fence with 4-point barbed wire top and bottom, and 1 - 14' gate. Site Location Menard, TX. (See drawing in Appendix for location of gate and fence.) Clear any trees, brush, etc. necessary for 10' right of way and provide uniform grade for installation of new fence. All material removed shall be moved to marked area determined by Owner's Representative. ITEM #2 Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for: Removal and replacement of approximately 2,380 ft. of 48"h mesh wire fence with 4-point barbed wire top and bottom. Site Location Menard, TX. (See drawing in Appendix for location of fence.) Clear any trees, brush, etc. necessary for 10' right of way and provide uniform grade for installation of new fence. All material removed shall be moved to marked area determined by Owner's Representative Questions Deadline: Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (central time)
