PEMB to accommodate (3) bays approximately 13' wide x 14' high. Estimated size of PEMB is 40 ' X 48 '. Electric openers for roll up bay doors. 2 - 3070 walk doors with lever lockset. 6" concrete foundation slab with column pads. White Vinyl Reinforced 6" Roof and Wall Insulation. 6" Gutters and Down spouts with gutter guards. Excavation and fill dirt required for 6" foundation slab.
