All questions regarding this bid must be submitted via email to Kristinia Davis, Purchasing Agent at kris.davis@sullivancountytn.gov, no later than February 7, 2024, by the end of business day. All questions will be answered in an addendum which will be issued on February 9, 2024. 1.373 acres of tree felling (see attached construction plan) that is required for all existing trees 3" caliper and larger within the planned limits of construction for the West Ridge High School secondary access road project. All work is to be completed as soon as possible, but no later than March 29, 2024. All work shall be completed no later than March 29th due to the time of year restrictions related to bat roosting season, which begins on April 1, 2024. No time extensions will be considered for ths project beyond March 29th so bidders should be aware of the specific time of year requirements for this planned construction work and the anticipated notice to proceed date no later than March 13, 2024.
