Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.

DREXEL AVENUE IN OAK CREEK, WI, BETWEEN 13th STREET AND S. 6TH STREET The work, officially known as Project No. 21018, DREXEL AVENUE STORMWATER LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT, consists of one lump-sum prime Contract and generally constructing the following: demolition; wet-well modifications; 2 new submersible pumps; 200 LF of 12" dia. HDPE force main; 12" check valves , Pre-engineered utility building and control panel; concrete; equipment mechanical and electrical work; and bypass pumping, dewatering, restoration, erosion control, start-up, and traffic control. After Work has begun, work shall be completed in a continuous manner until the project is complete. The Project shall not begin until June 1, 2024. The entire project shall be operational prior to October 4, 2024, and complete including restoration on October 18, 2024.
