Description: the Work, Officially Known as 6th Street & Branch of Oak Creek Water Main Relay Project, Consists of Constructing the Following: 408 Lf of 12 Dia. Pvc Water Main Relay; 54 Lf of 24 Dia. Steel Casing Pipe (Horizontal Auger Boring), 2-12 Gate Valves; Pavement Restoration; Turf Restoration; Erosion Control; and Traffic Control. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of the Oak Creek Board of Public Works and Capital Assets TIME OF COMPLETION The starting date for work under this contract shall be at the discretion of the Contractor, subject to the following: A. After Work has begun, work shall be completed in a continuous manner until the project is complete, a maximum of 45 working days allowed. The Project shall not begin until May 6, 2024. B. The entire project shall be complete prior to October 15, 2024 Awarded at the Board of Public Works and Capital Assets meeting on 3/12/2024.
