Site work for a civil project in Pillow, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The PBA Well No. 6 Project generally consists of but is not limited to the following: Installation of the well pump and associated piping. Construction of approximately 100 feet of raw water line, Site rock removal and grading Installation of shed to house electrical components Electrical and SCADA construction Generator installation A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of PBA, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Bidders must comply with ail State antibid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this Project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bids may be held by PBA for up to 90 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract PBA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
