Washington County is seeking time and materials quotes for air compressor and air dryer repair, maintenance and installation services including but not limited to the listed equipment. At a minimum contractor must be able to provide manufacturer recommended maintenance service to the four (4) Powerex scroll compressors and four (4) air dryers in the below list. If the contractor cannot provide services to this equipment they will be disqualified. All services provided will be priced based on time and material. Contractor will be scored on a weighted average of their pricing proposal and their ability to provide services to the entire list of equipment.

The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to obtain clarification at any point in regards to a proposal or to obtain additional information necessary to properly evaluate a proposal. Failure of a Proposer to respond to such a request for additional information or clarification could result in rejection of their proposal. After evaluation has occurred multiple firms will be identified that are best able to provide the services to the County. The County reserves the sole right to determine the best Proposals. A notice of intent to award will be published. All proposals shall remain firm for a period of 180 calendar-days after date specified for receipt of proposals. Contract Term
The term of the contract will be Initial contract term will be one year, with the option to renew for up to a total of five years. The maximum term of the contract will be five years. The estimated expenditure for the contract is approximately $245,000.00. Actual expenditures may be more or less depending on actual requirements.
