The City of Concord hereinafter (CITY) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from service providers (CONSULTANTS) interested in contracting to provide on-call services for various areas of expertise for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP), Current Development Services, Transportation, Grant Writing, and other needs. Scopes of services are in the areas of: Mechanical Design Services Right-of-Way Services Interior Design Services Pavement Management - Inspection Any questions regarding this RFQ may be submitted by email only, to the Point of Contact (POC) to the attention of: Andrea Moreira, Senior Administrative Analyst at Engineering.services@cityofconcord.org Final questions for staff response are due by email to the POC on Thursday, February 22, 2024, by 5:00 pm. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. July 1, 2024: Contract start date for this Master Services Agreement. The CITY will competitively solicit SOQs and award a contract to the CONSULTANT with the most demonstrated competence and professional qualifications. No SOQ will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears; or is in default to the CITY upon any debt or contract; or that is a defaulter, as surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the CITY; or has failed to faithfully perform any previous contract with the CITY.
