Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ville Platte, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Ward Four Fire Protection District is requesting bids for "the construction of a 20x35 foot metal building on concrete slab, including man door and 12x12 roll up door. All work includes all electrical, material, labor, permits, insurance and other items to complete entire project as per plans and specifications." Proposals of $50,000 or more require a commercial license. Retainage of 10% of the total cost will be held for 45 days after Recordation of a Substantial Completion Certificate. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of bid in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier Check shall accompany Bid. For more information contact Mr. Roger Fontenot, a member of the Ward Four Fire Protection District Board of Commissioners at 337-336-2604. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
