**As of April 23, 2024 project was awarded to Brightview Landscape Services, awarded amount is $530,272.78.** Gateway Bridge Landscape Project. All Landscape Notes shall be followed, and only pre-approved plant replacements will be accepted. The chosen contractor shall guarantee all plant material for a period of no less than two (2) years from final acceptance by the City. The City of Peachtree City will not accept pre-bid project questions within a period of 120 hours prior to the advertised time for opening bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Peachtree City Legal Holidays. The project shall be Final Complete within 120 calendar days beyond Substantial Completion. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $200.00 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Final Completion. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in Section 00 21 13 "Instruction to Bidders. Agreement will require a Payment Bond in the amount of 110%, and a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the project cost The City of Peachtree City provides assurances to Bidder that all anticipated Federal, State, and Local Permits along with anticipated Rights of Way and Easements have been obtained or will be obtained by the beginning of the project. The City of Peachtree City will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the Gateway Bridge Landscaping Project. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible or having outstanding debt to the City or other government entity.
