**As of April 29, 2024, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** The project is for replacing the hangar door track system at the 5 Falcon drive hangar facility. This project will be bid on a Lump Sum Price, Warranty, and Annual Inspection for all specified work and will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Authority strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. The Authority encourages potential bidders to visit the site prior to bid placement. 5% bid bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. A contract performance bond, and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. This project will include removal of approximately 450 LF of one-inch existing hangar door track system down to the existing concrete foundation. New hangar door track system with new concrete foundation will be installed, with a minimum 1-year warranty. New concrete foundation to cover the entire width of opening where new tracks are to be installed; new vertical seals for each door leaf; new horizontal seals along the bottom of each door. Lubricate all existing door wheels and test to ensure proper operation. All damaged materials will be removed from the site. The building is tenant occupied.
