Renovation of a municipal facility in Dennis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Security Access Control and Surveillance Camera Services Description: Security access system, surveillance camera systems, associated hardware, software and installation, as specified. This project involves multiple Town owned buildings within the Town of Dennis. Bid: Security Access Control and Surveillance Camera Services." Each Bid submitted shall be accompanied by a 5% Bid Deposit. Bids received after the time and date established herein for the opening of bids shall not be accepted or considered, regardless of the cause for delay in the receipt of such bids. The Town of Dennis reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to make the award as may be determined in the best interests of the Town. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the opening of bids. However, bidders may not withdraw or modify their bids for a period of sixty (60) days, Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays excluded, following the opening of bids. SCOPE OF WORK Provide and install video management software, network cameras, camera licenses and access control by Avigilon Unity, a Motorola Solutions company. "Or Equals" may be rejected at the Owner's discretion, as non-responsive as this project is an integration with the Owner's existing system. The Bidder will be responsible for system design, structured cabling, installation, maintenance, service, support and training. Additional required mounts will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
