Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Provisions for Liquidated Damages Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Completion Date - All Work Including Removal of Traffic Control to Allow Opening to Traffic Shall Be Completed by March 31, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After the Specified Interim Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project Will Be April 1, 2024.
